Jay Shetty is a former monk and current motivational speaker. On the Today Show, Jay offers a few good tips on how to manage stress and anxiety during this time. Additionally, he demonstrates box/combat breathing, something I often share in my practice with clients as a strategy to decrease anxiety and increase emotional regulation. Check it out here:
